“I started my journey with Coach Julia 4 months ago when I was stationed in South Korea. I found her through an old roommate of mine. I was opening up to my friend Jess that I was feeling down and unmotivated for a while, but didn’t know how to find the help I was searching for so she told me to give Julia a chance to lift my spirits and change my mindset. ... For years, since 2009, I was in love with fitness, and the gym was where you could find me in my free time. Other than therapy and mental health, I always believed it was important to stay physically fit since I am Active Duty. Julia is not only helpful, but she’s beautiful inside and out and genuinely cares about her clients, and the people she invests her time in. She creates meal plans and workout plans that best fit your health needs and personal goals.
